Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Responsibility of Submission
Dentists are responsible for ensuring that all scans, impressions, and case information submitted are correct, complete, and final. Once files are uploaded and payment is received, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.
2. Completed Work
Once lab work has commenced or been completed, no refund or cancellation is possible under any circumstances.
3. Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect submissions, or patient-related errors.
4. Compliance
This policy does not override rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable, but represents a strict “no refund, no cancellation” approach for dental lab orders.
5. Confirmation Reminder
Before submitting any case, please carefully check all scans, impressions, and patient information. Submitting incorrect or incomplete data may result in delays or additional charges.
